Holiday Booking Administrator

As a Holidays Booking Administrator, at Harrison Leisure UK Limited, you will be responsible for delivering a friendly, efficient service, in order to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers.

Attend to visitors and deal with enquiries on the telephones, and face to face, in a polite and professional manner at all times.

Duties will include:

  • To deliver excellent customer service at all times.

  • Answer all incoming call, and handle callers’ enquiries, direct and relay telephone messages. Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.

  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence

  • Provide receptionist duties as and when required to do so.

  • Meet and greet customers according to the Company policy

  • Monitor and check that the receptionist area, are kept tide and projects a business-like image.

  • Check and sign for internal deliveries, ensuring the relevant is informed of the delivery.

  • Ensure all customer enquiries are dealt with in a professional manner.

  • Deal with any complaints in a timely manner. Ensure all customer issues are dealt with efficiently.

  • Handling and dealing with customer queries relating to park issues such as gas, electric, site fees etc.

  • Create bookings on the Company’s booking system

  • Ensure 'Welcome Packs’ are ready for guest arrivals.

  • Collate daily lists of arrivals and departures of touring customers.

  • Complete the 'cashing up’ and 'tilling off’ procedure in line with Company Policy.

  • Ensure documentation relating to gas bottle and swimming pool passes is updated regularly and is accurate.

  • Ensure all information on the Company’s booking system is accurate and updated with regard to: check in and check out information.

  • Maintain and monitor the barrier to the Park (is applicable), ensuring car registration information is updated regularly.

  • Any other duties as required by your line manager, commensurate with the post.

The successful candidate should have:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Excellent organisational skills, with an attention to detail

  • Excellent Office Administration skills

  • Experience of working in a customer facing environment

  • A professional manner when dealing with customers and colleagues alike.

  • Ability to work under pressure, in a claim and efficient manner to set deadlines
