HNW Account Executive

We are working with one of the UK's leading brokers, who are looking for a hungry and motivated individual to drive their HNW business forward and help them achieve growth in the marketplace.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a career in insurance with a well respected and prominent broker. 

Duties will include:

- Developing and maintaining effective business relationships
- Providing technical expertise, advice, guidance, coaching and support for affluent homeowners and associated personal line products
- Winning new business as well as retention
- Proactively driving, supporting and influencing affluent homeowner sales and marketing activities, providing commercially-minded, tailored solutions and insight, as required, ensuring the effective delivery of the objectives and annual plans
- Delivering short term / one-off projects and activities as required by and to the standards and outcomes agreed with Line Manager

The successful candidate for this role will possess:

- Previous experience in high net worth insurance sales
- Proven success of meeting performance targets in a sales environment
- Experience of developing business plans to increase sales and service focus
- Proven Consultative Sales skills
- Experience of developing business plans to increase sales and service focus
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Strong relationship management skills
