The company is looking to expand through smart growth and look to develop the book of business in a strategic and planned manner.
Your role will be new business focused with a view to developing a portfolio of business. The client will offer you all of the tools to be successful. They are seeking a confident and ambitious Insurance sales person with strong relationship building skills and the ability to develop their own book of business or transfer business across following restrictive covenants. You will be allowed as much autonomy as you want whilst also getting great support. The role can be home-based and you will be encouraged to meet clients on their premises.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
This client is looking for a candidate with a proven track record in developing a book of commercial clients with fantastic relationship management skill. You will have the ability to network and the confidence to generate your own introductions or show initiative to strike up introducer relationships. Insurance qualifications whilst preferable are not essential
