Currently this secondary school is recruiting for a long term NQT or Experienced Teacher of History / History to commence immediately. The successful History Teacher / Teacher of History must have a UK recognised secondary teaching certificate (GTP/ QTS/ PGCE/ SCITT/CertEd/ Teach First etc). The successful History Teacher/ Teacher of History must be able to teach at a minimum of KS3 & KS4 (KS5 Desirable). You will have sound knowledge of your subject and able to build a strong rapport with your students. You are a Good to Outstanding practitioner and able to enthuse and inspire your students. If you are the type of History Teacher / Teacher of History who wants to put your stamp in a department, passionate about your subject and dedicated, this could be just the post for you! This is a full time Teacher of History / History Teacher appointment and essential you are available for this type of post.
They are looking for the following:
- Mainstream Secondary Teaching Certificate (SCITT/ GTP/ QTS/ PGCE / QTS/ QTLS/ CertEd)
- Open to NQT or Experienced History Teacher applications
- You can teach a minimum of KS3 & KS4 (KS5 desirable)
- Experience as a History Teacher must be in a Secondary mainstream school
- 'Good' to 'Outstanding' Practitioner
- You will be able to build a strong rapport with your students and an Inspiring, Enthusing
and Engaging History Teacher
