Joining our clients' sales and service department as a Hire Desk Co-ordinator each day will be busy and varied. Boasting exceptionally low staff turnover rates, a close-knit environment and an excellent onboarding process this position is well suited to someone who is both loyal and values loyalty from their employer.
Based near Ellesmere Port Station, our client offers onsite parking and a salary of £27,000 DOE. Priding themselves in ensuring each individual is able to learn and develop within their positions, rewarding longevity with an excellent benefits package.
This position is pivotal within our client's organisation and on a day-to-day basis you can expect to be:
- Processing customer orders using InspHire software
- Arranging delivery and collection of orders
- Managing and resolving machine breakdowns and exchange requests
- Handling sales and customer service calls
- Generating weekly reports for customers
- Supporting the management team in leading and contributing to the regular review of procedures to improve customer care, performance, and productivity
- Building strong long-term and productive relationships with customers
This position is ideal for an individual looking to take the next step in their career with a progressive company. You'll be self-motivated, enjoy working within a Customer Service environment, be a confident user of MS Office Suites and have the passion to develop strong relationships throughout the wider organisation.
