An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Hire Controller to work on a permanent basis within a busy fleet business. This position will be based at Romsey

*The main responsibilities in this role will be dealing directly with the Customer's supply team and direct liaison with their end users to ensure fulfilment of their vehicle or fleet hire booking.

Essential Skills include
*Handle all customer enquires
*Process all enquires by phone or email
*Understanding of in house computer systems
*Vehicle hire / fleet experience
*Vehicle allocation experience
*Producing invoices as and when required
*Liase with other depots
*Organise drivers/vehicle transport
