*The main responsibilities in this role will be dealing directly with the Customer's supply team and direct liaison with their end users to ensure fulfilment of their vehicle or fleet hire booking.
Essential Skills include
*Handle all customer enquires
*Process all enquires by phone or email
*Understanding of in house computer systems (preferably Kerridge)
*Vehicle hire experience
*Vehicle allocation experience
*Producing invoices as and when required
*Liase with other depots
*Organise drivers/vehicle transport
*Technical vehicle knowledge e.g. previously working in workshop
*Variety of fleet
*Training available to enhance skill sets
*40 hr week basic
*Company pension scheme
*Shift: Days only
*No call outs
*Sat mornings 0600/ noon week about mandatory or every weekend if desired
*Depot open 0600-1800 Mon/Fri Sat 0600/noon
