We are looking for a talented individual to join my client Highways Service team to deliver both Local and National Transport Strategies.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:

  • Is experienced in implemented TROs for local authorities.
  • Is experienced in complex TROs in urban centres and has undertaken consultation with stakeholders and the public,
  • Can draft TRO schedules,
  • Is familiar with Parkmap or the like,
  • Is familiar with the legal process involved and liaising with legal officers and local authority approvals processes.

The placement is for a 6 months period. We are ideally looking for someone to join the team on a full-time basis

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, focussed and be able to handle a caseload with minimal supervision. This is an exciting role for a candidate available on short notice and a committed individual who enjoys a varied, challenging role.

The role commands a pay rate of between £17.80 - £35 per hour depending on demonstrable level of experience.

This role falls inside the scope of IR35.
