We are a vibrant and supportive SEN School located in Chelmsford, Essex. We are seeking enthusiastic and committed HLTAs to join our team. Our school caters to pupils with a range of complex needs, including Autism and Social Emotional & Mental Health.

Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver high-quality learning support under the guidance of teaching staff
· Lead small group interventions and support individual pupils
· Assist in planning and delivering tailored educational activities
· Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
· Contribute to the development of EHCPs and pupil progress reviews

Requirements:
· HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
· Previous experience working in an SEN setting is desirable
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· A patient, resilient, and compassionate approach
· Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
