Newman Office Personnel are currently recruiting for an Consultant for our high end on line business in the Hertfordshire/Essex area.
This will involve assisting the co-ordination of sales and purchasing for the department; administration and stock control responsibilities, digital listings, multimedia and client management, whilst always providing high levels of customer service on Live chat, email, telephone and face to face.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and have a keen eye for detail. You will enjoy enjoy working for well known brands and providing first class service to customers and going the extra mile!
Applicants from luxury goods retail, premier hospitality and creative backgrounds will be considered.
Working in a busy, friendly team duties will include:-
Handling client enquiries and sales via telephone, email and Live Chat
Meeting Clients face to face in prestigious showroom
Assisting in the co-ordination of purchasing and sales for the department
Ensuring products are listed to achieve rapid online listings ie copy, photography, stock data uploads
Assisting the marketing department in social media related tasks and photography
Joint responsibility for keeping showroom displays up to date and organised
This position is 40 hours a week Monday to Friday plus a rotating Saturdays which are paid in full.
