Fantastic role as administrator to a newly appointed customer services team who are focused on looking after a portfolio of clients who are purchasing apartments in a highly exclusive development in central London.
You will be the first point of contact for customers calling in and will be knowledgeable on apartment specification so that new owners/tenants can troubleshoot over the phone. You will support the team with all administrative tasks, log any defects that are reported, update databases and be the lynch-pin for visiting contractors and keeping the customers updated etc.
The ideal candidate will have previous admin experience within a corporate background, ideally gained within the property management sector. You should be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, be highly computer literate and have a great eye for detail and strong organisational skills. There are excellent prospects to develop this role further.
