Our Client in Gloucester are looking for a friendly, flexible and reliable HGV Technician. You will be able to work on your own initiative and will enjoy being part of a dedicated team. The hours of work will be 39 hours a week including early and late shifts. There is also day shifts available. The role includes maintaining and repairing the Company's vehicles to the standards set down by both by the company and DVSA.
Duties and Responsibilities of the HGV Technician
·Repairing and maintaining the Company's fleet of modern vehicles to a high standard
·Carrying out preventative maintenance
·Roadside repairs and running repairs as necessary
Training and Qualifications of the HGV Technician
You should ideally be qualified to the following level,
·HGV or PCV City & Guilds
·NVQ Level 3
A Full UK driving licence is essential for this position - PCV/HGV desirable.
