HGV MECHANIC - LEICESTERSHIRE - 6 MONTH CONTRACT - £17.38 PER HOUR

ARM are working with a local authority and we are looking for a HGV Mechanic to help support front line services that the council is operating during these tough times.

We are looking for an experienced mechanic who has experience of Heavy Good Vehicles (HGV's) and ideally some small vans and other vehicles. You will need to be level 3 qualified. We are looking for someone who can start pretty quickly too.

Our client is a local authority and this position will be general maintenance, repairs and pre and post MOT rectification. This will mostly be heavy vehicles, but will also include some smaller vehicles that are within the fleet.

With the current coronavirus situation, workplace practices have been put into place to ensure the safety of all workers.

Pay on this £17.38 per hour (UMBRELLA) or £13.50 per hour (PAYE) and will be a full time position working Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 4.00pm. This is a 6 month contract and may extend beyond this period on review.
