Class 1 HGV driver

*at least 1 year road experience on Class 1 required*

24-7 Recruitment Services acting as an Employment Business are currently recruiting for HG Class 1 drivers on behalf of our client, based in Burton-on-Trent.

About you:

Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Full UK cat C+E driving licence

  • Valid CPC card and Digi Card

  • No more than 6 points on driving licence.

  • MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE ON CLASS 1

Duties of HGV Class 1 Driver:

Roles are temporary ongoing with opportunities for long term assignments.

We are looking for people with a good attitude and enthusiasm.

We can offer you a regular shift pattern on days and nights.

Trunking with start times from 05:00 - 13:00 or 16:00 - 20:00.

8 hrs guaranteed.

Trunk will involve of 1 or 2 deliveries and 1 collection. No manual handling.

Shift pattern:

Sunday to Thursday night shift

Monday to Friday day shift

Weekend available

Pay Information:

MON-FRI Days £16.87

MON-FRI Nights £18.10

Weekend AM £21.09

Weekend PM £22.63
