You will be completing multi-drop delivery and collection within your designated geographical area. You will be unloading your own vehicle; therefore some manual work will be involved as part of this role. Using scanning equipment for both inbound and outbound consignments. Providing an excellent customer service ensuring paperwork is completed and all relevant health and safety legislation is adhered to.
The client works a 24/7 operation therefore you must be flexible in terms of working hours as many shifts start very early in the morning. Shift patterns vary running from Monday to Sunday. We also have opportunities for weekend only drivers.
Ideally, you'll have previous experience in performing multi-drop deliveries, and will have a good knowledge of the Central Scotland area. A Category C, Class 2 driving licence is essential, along with full drivers CPC and Digital Tachograph.
For insurance purposes you should have no more than 6 points on your licence, and no DR or DD convictions in the last 10 years.
