My client is looking for a Helpdesk Support who will log incidents, service requests, ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely manner as well as delivering exceptional customer service.
Salary: Up to £28,000
Hours: 09:00 - 17:30
- To log incidents, service requests and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Ensure the highest level of Customer Service is delivered
- Providing desktop and mobile device support
- Managing daily service desk SLA's
- Fixing application and system queries
- Liaising with technology partners
- Maintaining and updating all technology process documentation
- Escalating "How do I" type of queries
- Delivering 2nd line support duties
- Analysing, diagnosing and troubleshooting problems
- Responding to calls in a professional manner
- Exceptional communication skills
- High level of Customer Service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner
