My client is looking for a Helpdesk Support who will log incidents, service requests, ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely manner as well as delivering exceptional customer service.

Location: Chobham

Salary: Up to £28,000

Hours: 09:00 - 17:30

Key duties:

  • To log incidents, service requests and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Ensure the highest level of Customer Service is delivered
  • Providing desktop and mobile device support
  • Managing daily service desk SLA's
  • Fixing application and system queries
  • Liaising with technology partners
  • Maintaining and updating all technology process documentation
  • Escalating "How do I" type of queries
  • Delivering 2nd line support duties
  • Analysing, diagnosing and troubleshooting problems
  • Responding to calls in a professional manner

  • Excellent telephone manner
