Helpdesk/Service Desk Analyst needed based in St. Albans to start immediately.
You will help resolve 1st and a few 2nd line issues. You must have proven 1st line experience and be able to communicate effectively and efficiently.
This is a 4-week contract and may roll over due to a sickness within the team.
