Help desk Officer

Contract. Wolverhampton. £10-£11.25 Per hour. 3 Months +

Help desk Officer required. You will assist users with queries and problems relating to their use of the system. Assistance is provided over the phone, via email and using remote assistance software.

The role

  • Offering first line support to users
  • Resolving users' systems issues and problems with using the system
  • Offering technical guidance on the use of the system
  • Referring more complex issues to second line support
  • Assisting with the creation of guidance and training documentation
  • Recognising and reporting patterns in reported issues/problems to the Systems Manager
