Helpdesk First Line Support x 2 (Immediate start possible)
This company are a rapidly growing software house, and have an urgent need for 2 Service Desk Analysts to provide 1st line support to their diverse and demanding client base. This company offer the aspiring Help desk professional an abundance of career opportunities, as they are expanding exponentially.
The role will be based in their Slough Development HQ and duties will include;
- Taking call escalations
- Handling stressful situations
- Talking to clients and troubleshooting needs
- Working with little supervision.
Some of the expertise we need are:
- Strong communicator
- Experience with bespoke software support (not network experience)
- Technical knowledge of IIS, HTML
- Experience with simple SQL scripting
- Knowledge of CRMs such as GoldVision, Sales Force, etc
