Helpdesk Engineer - Hertford - £23k - £25k
Avanti Recruitment is working with a leading software and technology provider in Hertford to recruit a Helpdesk Engineer to join their team. This will be a challenging and varied role supporting their customers and operations in the Asia Pacific region to provide helpdesk support via telephone and email. You will be analysing issues and resolving faults first time where possible. You will need to have good communication skills to trouble shoot issues and get to the root of the problem and even if you can not resolve the issue yourself then you can provide enough information to escalate the problem. You will be required to work 10am to 6pm
To be considered you will have at least 2 years experience in a technical helpdesk role where you have supported Windows Desktop technologies and have basic skills in networking including TCP/IP, Wifi, VPNs. Any experience working with remote access products would be beneficial.
The ability to speak Mandarin would be beneficial but is not essential.
