Helpdesk Coordinator required for my client, an international business who lead the way in their industry sector.
This is a newly created role due to further growth in their IT department. It calls for someone with a background in overseeing the coordination of a help deskwith a strong focus on service delivery.
This role will see you being responsible for the allocation of workloads and support tickets within the helpdesk department, as well as continuing to help the processes and procedures.
The ideal candidate will come from a service desk / helpdesk environment and have at least foundation certification in ITIL.
Knowledge of Windows Desktop environments and Microsoft including O365 is highly advantageous.
As this is a new position it is a genuine opportunity to make the role your own and raise the service levels of a business who continue to expand their IT department.
