Helpdesk Co-ordinator

My client is looking for a Helpdesk Co-ordinator , duties involve ,

  • Maintenance of client records
  • Typing up quotation letters produced by Service Director when required
  • Producing contract renewal letters, chasing orders and updating systems
  • Sending acknowledgment letters to customer upon receipt of purchase orders
