My client is a multi-site national legal firm looking for an IT Helpdesk Analyst to join them on a permanent basis as they continue to grow on their Exeter site.

You will be involved in supporting internal end users on both software and hardware fixes in a full Microsoft suite environment.

Description

  • Providing telephone support on Microsoft packages and CRM systems
  • Making necessary arrangements for staff promotions / movements within the firm
  • Assisting with the setup of new PCs and laptops
  • Working with the helpdesk supervisor to introduce new procedures and checklists

Profile

  • Passion for IT (ideally supplemented through home learning and education).
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team
  • Quick learner
  • Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Offer

£17,000-£19,000 + additional benefits
