In order to be suitable for this role you must have demonstrable expertise providing 2nd line support in a Windows environment. Working within a large technology team you will provide a proactive remote support service to a varied customer base so impeccable communication skills and a solid grounding in Windows OS, Active Directory and network troubleshooting are essential.
Previous experience of working within a Managed Services environment would be highly advantageous to your application but is by no means essential.
This role would suit a passionate technologist who is enthusiastic and keen to deliver a first class customer experience. You will gain exposure to VMware, Citrix, HP hardware and a range of cutting edge security tools, and will be joining a business with a clearly defined career path.
