Helpdesk Advisor is needed by our public sector client to help produce an efficient job dispatch service and join their busy team. As Helpdesk Advisor you will be responsible for:

  • Logging calls/jobs onto the database using relevant information
  • Receiving and processing customer requests
  • Providing administrative support to the team

The ideal Helpdesk Advisor will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
