* HELPDESK ADVISOR
* Full Time Permanent Role (40 hours a week)
* Full training provided
Are you looking for a customer focused role in a contact centre? As a helpdesk advisor you will only be taking inbound calls from our existing customers. Giving them first class customer service and resolving their query first time will be a priority for you!
You will receive 3 weeks of training, fully paid, which will teach you everything you need to know about the role.
This is a permanent position which pays £16,500 per annum plus a monthly bonus which is based on your customer satisfaction rate. (OTE £18,300)
You will be working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. The hours are between 7am - 11pm and flexibility with shifts is a must!

We are looking for:
* Experience of delivering excellent Customer Service
* Call centre experience is desirable but not essential
* Problem solving skills
