Adecco Sunderland are looking for customer focused team members with a passion for IT to support our client on-site.

We are recruiting for a help-desk advisor/IT support to assist with day to day and first line IT queries.

This will involve taking calls and either resolving simple queries or passing on more complex queries to other team members. You will initially work with more experienced team members to learn the processes and gain the knowledge you will need. We are looking for a customer focused person with a passion for IT and helping people.

In return you will gain extensive experience of a range of first line IT queries and develop your IT skills within a professional team.

Experience (required)

* Worked using a formal approach to customer requirements and operational changes.

* Competent in a broad range of customer-facing and support with IT tools.

* Demonstrable history of customer delivering excellent customer support.

This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone keen to develop a career in IT.

Previous IT work experience is not essential but a working knowledge of common software packages and ability to learn new skills quickly is.

This is a fixed term role for 6 months. Working full time role and you will be required to be flexible and adaptable.
