We are currently looking for experienced helpdesk agents ideally from a facilities management background, but will consider other industries.
You will take ownership of your call, log the issue, allocate the relevant engineer/person and enusre the job is followed through to include raising PO's and keeping the client fully informed.
Ideally we are looking for individuals that can start asap.
