A national engineering company based in Uddingston urgently require a helpdesk administrator to join their organisation on a temporary basis
Hours of work for this role are 8.30-4.30 Monday to Thursday and 8.30-3.30 Friday.
Your new role
You will be handling incoming calls to book in engineers so you must be comfortable with high volume telephone work and have an excellent telephone manner.
You will be logging jobs on a Computer Aided Facilities Management system (CAFM) - previous experience using this is highly desirable but training will be offered.
You will be dispatching engineers to jobs and liaising with engineers and sub-contractors as well as local sites to provide update on the status of the job
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent telephone manner
- A keen eye for detail
- Experience with in-house packages, ideally a CAFM system
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
