As a Helpdesk Administrator you will co-ordinate the effective and efficient operation of the office covering support in IT, facilities and purchasing. Alongside the internal customer support you will also provide admin support to the team including the processing of PO numbers.
To be successful you will have excellent customer service and admin skills, be highly reliable and have a positive attitude when working under pressure. You will be able to think on your feet and provide solutions to a multitude of queries.
