Permanent Full Time Helpdesk Administrator in York, £18,000 per year.

With more than 400 staff nationally the business work in partnership with their clients in various industries to develop and deliver high quality, innovative, technical solutions for major infrastructure projects in the UK.
The business work across the rail sector, energy, security and aviation. Their services include Architecture, Civil and Structural Engineering, Security and Sustainability etc.

Your new role
We are offering the opportunity to join an industry leading national business as an Helpdesk Administrator which comes with flexible working and a range of competitive benefits.
You will be responsible for coordinating the effective and efficient operation of the Helpdesk which encompasses; IT, Facilities and Purchasing across four of the companies offices nationally. Your team ensures all services and operations are compliant, efficient and deliver the highest level of service to internal stakeholders in the business. You will also provide general admin support to the purchasing team where you will support the processing of Purchase Orders.

What you'll need to succeed
You will demonstrate an excellent focus on customer service with previous Helpdesk/ Customer Service/ Administration experience. You should thrive working in a team environment with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
To be successful you should be able to prioritise and multi task efficiently and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages (Excel, Outlook, Word etc.)
The desired candidate will be reliable, flexible and evidence a 'can do' attitude.

What you'll get in return
£18,000.000 per year basic salary
