Helpdesk Administration - Contract - North of Peterborough

I am currently working with a large organisation that is seeking a Helpdesk Administrator to join their team. I am looking to speak to candidates who are looking to pursue a career in IT.

Duties of the role
· Excellent customer service & verbal/written communication skills
· Able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
· Motivated, enthusiastic and adaptable individual
· Willing and able to learn new skills and processes
· Able to work to targets & deadlines, good time management
· Confident using and supporting Microsoft Office applications
