Helpdesk Administrator, 6 month, Glasgow, £10.34 per hour
Your new company
A largely successful Construction company now requires a Helpdesk Administrator to join their organisation on a 6 month basis due to company expansion and increased demand.
The hours of work for this role will be Monday-Friday 8.00-16.30
Your new role
You will be handling incoming calls to book in engineers so you must be comfortable with high volume telephone work and have an excellent telephone manner.
You will be logging jobs on a Computer Aided Facilities Management system (CAFM) - previous experience using this is highly desirable but training will be offered.
You will be dispatching engineers to jobs and liaising with engineers and sub-contractors as well as local sites to provide update on the status of the job. Ideally, you will come from a Construction/Facilities Management background and be comfortable in this environment.
You will be updating the company records and database and so must have an eye for detail. This role also requires you to raise purchase orders so a familiarity with this would be advantageous.

Experience with in-house packages, ideally a CAFM system
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
