Temporary role working for facilities company in Birchwood area of Warrington for an immediate start £16-£18k

Your new company

You will be working for a facilities management business with offices in the Birchwood area of Warrington.

Your new role

You will be taking calls from customers, updating jobs on the system, liaising with engineers and updating with customers via phone and email. You will be updating onto the system so accurate data entry is needed. You will also be liaise with a number of people via phone and email. There may be occasions where the Technical Manager and MD are out of the office so you will be working alone.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be considered for this role you will need to have excellent administration skills, ideally within a facilities / similar helpdesk environment and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
