Helpdesk Administrator job, based in Crayford up to £25,000 per annum, working for a maintenance company

This maintenance company based in Crayford are looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to join their administration team, which is expanding in line with business growth.
Your new role
You will be providing all round administrative and helpdesk support for the business, maintaining service delivery and quality of service. You will be managing client requirements via telephone and email, scheduling works in with engineers and logging call outs on internal CRM system. You will be required to effectively manage engineer schedules and complete all paperwork related to all types of jobs. You will be also be creating reports, ordering materials, raising purchase orders and resolving all client and engineer queries efficiently.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working within a busy helpdesk environment will get you off to a flying start in your new role. You must be confident and have excellent customer service and communication skills, as you will be the first point of contact for the business. It is essential you are IT literate and are proficient on Microsoft Office packages, especially Word and Excel. Experience working with in a similar fast paced, scheduling role is preferable, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary between £21,000 and £25,000 per annum depending on experience. Your hours will be 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme available, healthcare scheme available after two years. On-site parking available on a first come first serve basis.
