Helpdesk Administrator job in Milton Keynes £8.50 per hour

A leading provider of IT communication services is currently looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to join their expanding team at their prestigious offices in Milton Keynes. This will be to work on a temporary basis for six month with a view to be extended. This will be full time hours and flexibility between 7am and 7pm Mon - Fri and occasional weekends.

You will be providing a variety of users with telephone help-desk support dealing with a range of basic tasks for example resetting passwords. Most contact will be email based. You will try to resolve queries at first contact, ensuring all calls are logged and tracked on the system. Where you are not able to solve the query you will pass to your second level support colleagues.

You should have previous customer service experience ideally from a call centre environment. You need to be IT literate and have a passion to provide excellent service to customers over the telephone. Full training will be provided.
