Helpdesk Administrator - Tamworth - Temp to Perm!

Hollyfield Personnel are working alongside their long standing client who is recruiting for an Administrator in the Tamworth area on a temporary to permanent basis.

Duties will include…

  • Manage all time recording submitted by field staff via the portal on a daily basis
  • Entering information onto databases ensuring all field staff are compliant with time capture
  • Updating outlook diaries for field staff on a daily basis
  • Driving proactive management of technicians diaries
  • Managing and appointing specialists / technicians
  • Completing all related administration
  • Working alongside internal departments to ensure smooth running of systems
  • Ensuring customer queries are responded to
  • Working in a busy environment

Skills / Experience Required:

  • Strong administration / customer service experience (preferably 12 months)
  • Driver due to company location
  • Available immediately
  • IT Literature

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 8.30am till 5.00pm

Salary : £8.75 per hour rising to £18,203.03
