Help Desk Co Ordinator

Are you available immediately and from a Facilities or Services background? I am thrilled to be working alongside a leading service provider to recruit for an experienced Helpdesk professional. Based in a Sydenham this is a busy helpdesk that requires a strong and vibrant individual who thrives on a challenge.

Duties of this role include:

  • Inbox management
  • Liaising with Engineers and Contractors
  • Logging jobs on a bespoke CRM
  • Raising jobs and PO's
  • Scheduling works to be undertaken
