Your new company
Facilities Management company based in Bury St Edmund's.

Working Hours
Monday- Friday shifts available between 7am- 8pm. You must also be able to work 1 in 4 weekend including a Saturday & Sunday and must be flexible working Bank Holidays.

Your new role
You will be dealing with incoming calls, responding to emails and using a live chat so you must have excellent communication skills
This is a temporary position leading to a permanent role for the right person. The role will be paying £8.00 per hour plus holiday. You will be welcomed by the energetic busy team. In addition to working within the Helpdesk department you will need to build excellent relationships with customers over the telephone

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for the position you must be immediately available and have excellent communication skills and the ability to be well organised. Basic computer skills including Word and Excel will be needed also
