Permanent Contract, Full Time (36 hours per week)
Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 per annum

About the Role
Decision Letter Team
Based in the Fitness to Practise directorate,(Adjudications team) you will be supporting the Hearing Support team as part of the decision letter team by arranging for the outcomes to be communicated as soon as practicable after the conclusion of a hearing or meeting, in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (Fitness to Practise) Rules 2004.
Based in the Fitness to Practise Directorate (Adjudications team) you will be supporting the Hearing Support team by providing high quality administrative support following the completion of hearings by updating of the Internal Market Information System (IMI) and the register ("WISER") and case management system ("CMS") and ensure all outcomes are updated accurately to ensure public protection.
- Proven organisational skills
- Ability to plan and prioritise your workload
- You will have a high attention to detail and be able to demonstrate the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Strong IT Skills with experience of data input and the retrieval of information using databases.
- Excellent Customer Service
