You’re someone who is great at bringing things together, delivering software into the NHS and understanding the complexity of how its systems (whether that’s PAS, EPR or Tie) communicate and connect together.
You’re in your element working with people (senior managers, medical directors, hospital staff etc.) to understand their needs, what they require from the solution and then working with relevant team members, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure the best solution is implemented and training delivered.
Maybe you are working at another NHS software provider and love what you do, but not so much the company you work for! You want a company that really values and rewards it’s team members with excellent benefits, flexibility and enjoys a low staff turnover, whilst still doing what you do best; implementing solutions into the NHS.
Or maybe you are currently working within the NHS and have been involved in several systems implementations and would like to move into consultancy for the first time?
Either way, this Digital Implementation Manager could be a great move for you.
We are looking for someone to work with the sales team/account managers to understand what each customer needs, and someone with strong project management skills to then deliver multiple, concurrent software implementations across different customer sites.
You will work from home, mainly engaging with customers remotely, but often you will travel to client sites across the UK and Ireland with occasional overnight trips when visiting conferences/events etc. In return you will get access to a company car or car allowance (worth £7k per year) with a £600 contribution towards your insurance. For each implementation you complete you will also be given a £500 bonus! (Adding £6k - £10k per year to your salary).
When we met with this company we were blown away with how well they looked after their team members! They contribute 10% towards a pension of your choice, offer 25 days holiday, and offer life cover as standard. But more than this, they are a company with a grown up attitude towards their employees. They trust you to get on with the job and support you to ensure you have everything you need to be successful. It’s no wonder why they enjoy such a low staff turnover.
On offer is a basic salary of between £45k - £50k + aforementioned car/car allowance, bonus and benefits.
Though the company’s office is in the Midlands, you can be based anywhere is the UK for this one, as long as you are happy to travel as part of the role (fully expensed of course).
