Corr Recruitment are currently recruiting for a trainee or experienced health care consultant to work on the busy Healthcare desk in Andover town centre. We are looking for a bright, motivated, positive individual who tackles any challenges head-on.

Corr Recruitment recruit and develop high achievers who can take any opportunity to build solid relationships in business. We are looking for someone to run this fantastic desk and take it to the next level, with the support of an experienced Health Care Recruitment Division Manager. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing the best quality service and in turn we will provide you with 4 weeks one to one training and support ongoing.

Duties will include:

*Resourcing and sourcing Carers, Support Workers, RGN’s through job boards, CV searching, head hunting, advertising
*Register/Interview potential new candidates, and completion of all necessary compliance, right to work documents and training.
*Booking client rotas to relevant active care staff, and ensuring that all care staffs availability is booked to full potential
*Service call to clients, service meetings to ensure current client’s needs are being met in all areas
*Telephone calls to prospective clients
*Marketing: Email and Mailers sent to prospect clients
*Source leads for possible new business
*Sales calls and meetings to obtain new business
*Updating information on our systems
*Shift Coordination
*Taking “on call” branch mobile on rotational days, this will involve out of hours placements and communication to our clients and candidates

Personal Specification:

*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Excellent interpersonal skills are essential and the ability to work as part of a team and as a lone worker is essential.
*Highly Organised with a proven ability of effectively time management and organise your own diary and appointments
*Excellent administrational skills are vital and attentions to detail ensuring all candidates are compliant prior to assignment.
*Full UK driving licence and car

This role requires someone to work in a fast pace environment, think outside the box, be highly self-motivated in developing the desk, placing candidates into both temporary and permanent placements to match their qualifications, skills and experience.

Due to the requirements of the role, a driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential for this position. Previous experience in a similar role and a healthcare back ground is an advantage. The ideal candidate will be extremely confident and well-presented and be able to use your own initiative.

We are a great team of bright, friendly and motivated people. The hours of work can be negotiated to a degree: 7am- 4pm, 8am- 5.00pm or 8.30am- 5.30pm. Company mobile phone and laptop are provided. Weekly pay and expenses paid.
Salary £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience plus excellent commission bonus.
