1 Basic Salary £30,000 rising to £32,000 after probationary period

3 Generous bonus scheme with an achievable expectation of £15000-£20000 for hitting budget

Our client is a well established Healthcare Recruitment organisation, who have a portfolio of offices across the UK. They are passionate about their delivery of "excellent service" and have an excellent reputation in the industry.


You will be managing one of our client’s established offices with a view to increasing the hours. The business has a large client base of nursing and care homes and are on the preferred supplier list to an impressive portfolio of clients within the Greater Manchester area. You will be mainly supplying Qualified Nurses and experienced Care Assistants. The branch is currently mainly working on NHS roles and they are looking for a Branch/ Business Development Manager to increase the private sector clients.

There are 2 Consultants in the branch currently and you will be responsible to help with their development.

You will be an effective man Manager who will utilise your portfolio of skills and industry experience to develop the Consultants and deliver consistent high levels of service to clients and candidates. You will be competent at new business generation and be required to ensure all company and legal policies are strictly adhered to.


1 You will be a proven Recruitment Branch or Business Development Manager from a Healthcare background or maybe a Senior Consultant looking for your first step into a Management role.

2 Have a track record of improving branch efficiencies and profitability.

3 Have effective management skills with a proven portfolio of improving Consultants skill sets.

4 You will be able to effectively multi task, delegate effectively and have effective and clear communication skills.

5 Have very accurate administration skills to ensure the CQC standards are fully implemented.

6 Your previous work colleagues will describe you as a dynamic, inspirational & passionate individual with strong integrity.

7 Hold a full UK driving licence
