Salary: to be confirmed but likely c.£30k - £40k + 10% bonus, salary negotiable as key hire, benefits package.
Working exclusively as my client’s main search agency, a national provider of several communication platforms within online retail and healthcare goods industry enabling global brands to engage, educate and influence consumers and professionals.
We are looking for Marketing experience within a Health Professional focused role with the ability in HCP marketing campaigns, ability to develop multi-channel messaging for specialist groups + multi-channel experience within both on and offline.
Purpose of Job (Summary):
To develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote the Healthcare Professional Channel, and its products and services. The role will encompass creative, analytical, print, digital, commercial and administrative responsibilities.
•Marketing experience within a Health Professional focused role
•Expertise in HCP marketing campaigns, ability to develop multi-channel messaging for specialist groups
•Multi-channel experience within both on and offline essential
•Capable of cultivating strong working relationships across a variety of stakeholders at varying levels
•Self-starter, detail orientated and strong organisational skills
•Confident with governing body guidelines
•Confident in managing projects end to end
•Good communication skills
•Understanding of health professional audiences
Ability to analyse data to help inform decisions
•Create andimplement marketing plan for health professional channel to improve awareness and conversion of modules
•Write design/content briefs and coordinate production of all health marketing materials
•Ongoing market research of health market, along with staying abreast of competitors to help identify future opportunities
•Obtain relevant approval of new content and upload on the website through the content management system
•Understand performance metrics and apply learnings on an ongoing basis
•Roll out new brand identity for the health professional channel
•Develop sales support materials to create awareness, impact and engagement with prospective clients
•Support on building relationships with key healthcare professional bodies
•Work with Operations team to optimize healthcare facility distribution points
•Create and producing impactful client case studies
•Support company presence at health professional conferences
•Create high impact product launch campaigns
•Implement social media plans to better connect with the health professional audience
•Maintain the brand’s "voice" across all platforms.
•Interact with key stakeholders to ensure messaging and positioning is appropriate, timely and consistent with overall strategy.
