Healthcare Assistant

Due to an exciting period of growth we now have job vacancies in Bishop's Stortford, Saffron Walden, Stanstead and the surrounding areas for Care Assistants to join our team. We are looking for professional, dedicated and enthusiastic professionals who can offer commitment to deliver high quality care to our clients.

It is essential that you are dedicated to promoting the well-being and quality of life of each individual you care for. This means recognising the capabilities of each person, championing their needs and seeing them as more than a care plan.

Due to rural client locations and shift times, public transport is not always readily available, therefore access to your own vehicle is desirable.

The Position

You will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and quality of life of each individual in your care.

Personal care could include: dressing, washing, toileting and enabling service users to live their daily lives as they choose. You will play an essential role in enabling our service users to live fulfilling lives, engaging in their favourite activities and interacting with their families, visitors and other residents.

We offer care to clients in a variety of environments including hospitals, care homes, nursing homes and supported living, so it's essential you have experience in at least one of these settings. Experience of caring for those with dementia is highly desirable
