As a Care Assistant the candidate will be supporting clients varying in age and care requirements which can include mental health, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and clients with more complex clinical needs.
This role’s duties will vary dependent on each client’s individual care plan. These may include personal care, assistance with moving and handling, support with community outings and medication administration.
To apply for the position you must have at least 12 months paid care experience, this must be recent. It is preferable if you have an NVQ2/3 in Health and Social Care.
For this position you must also be proficient with Basic IT skills and have good written and oral communication skills.
