Working within the health visiting team, you will be expected to contribute to working with colleagues both from health and partner organisations to support families, provide the highest quality, needs led, evidence based care within a designated caseload. The Health Visiting team includes; Team Leaders, Staff Nurses, Nursery Nurses, Health Care Support Workers and Dental Health Support Workers.
