Their delivery includes various apprenticeships frameworks, tutoring to individuals inside or outside of the further educational system, and specialist short qualification awards. With a caseload of approx 30 learners, this organisation max the learners at 35 per cohort. Time and quality of delivery is a huge focus within the provider, and they want you to focus on the learners to increase higher completion rates. Your caseload will cover both West & South Yorkshire, so being able to drive will be rather necessary for the role. Delivery to level 2 and 3 of Health & Social care frameworks, you will have use of online portfolios to manage your learners journey and workload throughout the qualification, to make it easier for you to give advice, and manage your own diary accordingly.
As this is a teaching related role, there are a number of requirements we would like you to have. It would be great if you already have experience delivering he frameworks to level 3, and are qualified with an Assessing and Teaching qualification (although teaching qual is only advantageous).
