Kelly Services are currently working in partnership with a company that are a well established business that are recognised as experts in their field. They supply and advise all across the UK and offer additional services to housing associations and local authorities.
Your new role
Having an analytical background you will be responsible for collating a large amount of information and data from various spreadsheets and putting them into one report for Directors, Management and Staff Meetings. You will assist in preparing documentation for meetings, implementing necessary recording systems and record all incoming/outgoing mail.
To succeed in the role
You will have experience of working within an Analytical role previously and be skilled in using Microsoft Office programmes, particularly Excel. You will have knowledge from working in a previous Health and Safety role ideally. You will be self-motivated being able to work using own initiative and be highly organised.
This is an exciting role to join a successful organisation that can offer development and training opportunities for the right person. The working hours are Monday-Friday 8.30am-4.30pm based in the centre of Nottingham. This is a temporary to permanent role looking for someone who can start immediately. In return the client offer a salary of £25,000 per annum.
