This is an exciting opportunity for the new Health & Safety Manager to really put their mark on the site and set up new Health & Safety systems and processes, whilst also playing a key role in driving cultural change across the site. Crucial to this job will be supporting and influencing people to ensure everyone takes responsibility for Health & Safety. This really is a fantastic opportunity for someone to build a strong legacy. We are looking for someone who has experience working within manufacturing, and has proven experience building a strong Health & Safety culture. Someone who takes pride in ensuring everyone goes home safe at the end of the day, enjoys influence and driving change.
